Do I need to pay deposit for an order?
For sampling or small order, DL usually requires 100% full payment before shipping. For bulk order, buyer needs to pay about 40% deposits for production.

EXW-Ningbo or FOB-Ningbo?
EXW-Ningbo means buyers collect orders at DL Lighting factory in Ningbo, buyers pay all the expense from factory to buyer destination, buyers need to do custom clearance with china customs. If buyers have shipping agent (forwarder) in China, they can close the deal under EXW Ningbo. If not, we would like to recommend FOB Ningbo. We usually quote based on EXW Ningbo, if we quote FOB-Ningbo, quotation will be added about $300 part of the FOB fee.

How to ship the order?
Phovolt usually sends packages by air, which is fast. There are many good international couriers for options; DHL, UPS, FedEX, and EMS are the most popular. If a buyer has any DHL, UPS, FedEX account, we can ship the package under their account. For bulk order, DL usually ship by sea, a sea shipment will require much more Customs and shipping documentation than air shipment
